These terms govern access to FEAtech Inc.’s website, including its pages, images and downloadable documents. By using the website you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, discontinue use. These terms do not replace a signed proposal or professional services agreement.
2. Professional services
Use of this website, and sending an enquiry, do not create an engineer-client relationship. Professional services begin only when FEAtech accepts an engagement and its scope and terms are agreed in writing. A signed project agreement governs the services covered by that agreement.
3. Accuracy, changes and availability
Website content provides general information about FEAtech and its services. It is not project-specific engineering advice, a certified design or a substitute for professional assessment. FEAtech makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but does not guarantee that it is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on website information for design, construction or other project decisions. FEAtech may correct, modify or withdraw content and does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
4. Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use the website for lawful personal and internal business reference and retain reasonable copies of publicly available documents with their attribution and limitations. FEAtech owns or licenses the website design and content, including text, images and branding. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
